Led the relocation of 3,200 employees to a 75,000 m² HQ in Brussels via a dual-phase transition (2011–2014).
Managed contract negotiations, ensuring service quality and project success and oversaw office fit-outs and staff moves:
• 450 employees to a 5,420 m² site in Antwerp (2011)
• 836 employees to a 4,435 m² site in Ghent (2010)
As a Construction Project Coordinator, I successfully managed and oversaw small to medium-scale construction projects, including building extensions, renovations, and employee relocations.
